September Fun...

With September brought the beginning of the school year and cooler weather plus Hollow Scream at Busch Gardens. The kids aren't old enough for the scare houses at night but they love what they call the silly decorations during the day. This was our last trip to Busch Gardens for the season.

We took advantage of a Groupon and went camping at the Williamsburg KOA. We went w/some friends for the weekend & stayed in cabins. The kids had a great time and it was nice to "get away" for the weekend. The KOA is less than 20 minutes from the house but the kids don't realize that!!

We went on a hike.

There are these big bikes that you can rent that Ryan was actually tall enough to use this time. Becca was determined to ride one herself and did a pretty good job.

Before we left the kids had to "mine" for gems. Becca would tell you she found the biggest one!!
