Christmas

To start Christmas off, Scott spent Christmas Eve w/Nolan at the hospital. He woke up from his nap on Christmas Eve screaming & complaining that his ears hurt. Since all the doctors where closed, off the boys went to the ER. When Scott left the house Nolan was still crying but he said once they got to the ER Nolan told him he felt all better and they could just go home! Thankfully, Scott took him in to see the doctor and it was just an ear ache and the medicine helped right away.

Christmas Day was fun this year. We invited everyone to our house so DeDe, Grandmom, & Uncle Scotty spent the night on Christmas Eve and where able to see Nolan's reaction on Christmas morning. His eyes light up when he saw his new train & Tonka Santa brought him. Uncle Mathew, Aunt Sarah, & Mackenzie plus PopPop, Grandma, and Uncle David all came over on for Christmas dinner. Nolan loved opening everyone's presents and Ryan was more interested in climbing into or all over the boxes.

We went to the Kline's after Christmas for the weekend and had a nice visit. We got a fire pit for the backyard and Nolan has already roasted marshmellows. Nolan also got new swords that light up. We had to turn off the lights so Nolan and Daddy could sword fight in the dark!
